1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between hi17 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the hi17 website and all associated services, including sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slots, and payment facilities.

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise using any feature of the hi17 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of hi17 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from hi17 or had an account closed for breach of these Terms.

hi17 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. If a user is found to be below the age of 21, hi17 will immediately close the account, void all wagers, and return deposits at its sole discretion after conducting any required investigations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of hi17 services, you must create a registered account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one registered account on hi17. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, hi17 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and confiscate any funds therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at registration and must promptly update your account details if your information changes.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. hi17 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials.
• Identity verification (KYC): hi17 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. Accepted documents include National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction.
• Account currency: All accounts on hi17 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). All displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, and wagers are processed in BDT unless expressly stated otherwise.

hi17 reserves the right to decline any account registration application at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide reasons.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

hi17 supports a range of payment methods designed for Bangladeshi players, including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank, as well as Visa and Mastercard. Payment method availability may vary and is subject to change.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your hi17 account balance upon confirmed receipt from the payment provider. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal operating conditions.
• hi17 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.
• hi17 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods previously used to deposit funds into your account, or to a verified account in your own name.
• A completed KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are determined by account tier and verification status.
• hi17 targets withdrawal processing within 24 hours of a verified request, subject to standard security checks. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawals of bonus funds are subject to the applicable wagering requirements having been fully met prior to the withdrawal request.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

hi17 offers various promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and other incentives to registered players. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("playthrough requirements") which must be satisfied before bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses will expire in accordance with the timeframe stated in each offer.
• hi17 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless expressly stated otherwise. Players may not stack bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.
• Bonus offers are available to players who have made a qualifying deposit using real funds (not bonus funds) unless otherwise stated.
• hi17 will void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where the Platform reasonably determines that a bonus has been claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion, including but not limited to the creation of duplicate accounts to claim multiple bonuses or participation in low-risk hedging strategies designed to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports betting markets, casino games, and live dealer tables on hi17 are governed by specific game and market rules, which are available within the respective game or market interface. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity on the platform:

• Bet placement: A bet or wager is deemed accepted and final once confirmed by the hi17 system and a confirmation reference is issued. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after acceptance unless hi17 specifically provides a cash-out or edit function for the relevant market.
• Insufficient funds: hi17 will not accept wagers that exceed the available real-money balance in your account at the time of placement.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi17 platform. Any user found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended pending investigation, with permanent closure and forfeiture of funds as potential outcomes:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, play games, or interact with the platform in a manner not available to regular users.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate profits. Any winnings arising from known exploits will be voided.
• Colluding with other players in poker, card games, or any other multi-player game environment to gain an unfair advantage.

• Using the hi17 platform to launder money or transfer funds through gaming accounts for any purpose other than legitimate personal recreation.
• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of, or sharing an account with, another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information at any stage of registration or verification.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the source code or underlying infrastructure of the hi17 platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive conduct toward hi17 staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

hi17 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account and transaction data in response to lawful requests where there is evidence or suspicion of illegal activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the hi17 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, data compilations, and trademarks — is the proprietary property of hi17 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hi17 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, copying, distributing, or publicly displaying any platform content without prior written consent from hi17.
• Creating derivative works based on any hi17 content or branding.
• Using hi17's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any context outside of fair reference to the platform.

9 Limitation of Liability

12 Termination & Account Closure

Either party may terminate the account relationship at any time:

• By you: You may request closure of your hi17 account at any time by contacting customer support. Where no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or pending withdrawals exist, your remaining real-money balance will be returned to you via your verified payment method within a reasonable processing period.
• By hi17: hi17 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) these Terms have been breached; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity is detected; (c) the account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months with a zero balance; (d) hi17 is required to do so by applicable law or at the direction of a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by hi17 due to a material breach of these Terms, hi17 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where fraud or criminal activity is established, hi17 may forfeit the account balance in its entirety and report the matter to relevant authorities.

Inactive accounts with a positive balance will be subject to an inactivity maintenance fee of ৳200 per calendar month commencing 12 months after the last real-money transaction. hi17 will make reasonable efforts to notify you before the inactivity fee commences.

13 Amendments to These Terms

hi17 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Amendments may be necessitated by changes in applicable law, regulatory guidance, platform features, payment infrastructure, or operational policy.

Where a material change is made to these Terms, hi17 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email, in-platform notification, or a prominent notice on the website. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated on the updated Terms page.

Your continued use of the hi17 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 12.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. hi17 operates as a platform serving the Bangladesh market.

In the event of a dispute between you and hi17, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance. hi17 commits to investigating all complaints in good faith and providing a reasoned written response within a reasonable timeframe.
